If you are the reseller, distributor or wholesaler of Dynabook/Toshiba-branded accessory or electronic products, you should not be using this system to file a claim. You should refer the end user that purchased the product to file the claim directly with this site.

If your Dynabook or Toshiba-branded product is less than 15 days old, and it failed, please return it to the place of purchase.

If you are renting or leasing your Dynabook or Toshiba product, or if you purchased it on a rent-to-own plan, please contact the company from whom you rented, leased, or purchased it.
