+Care Service℠ warranty is Dynabook’s new, premier standard warranty[1] designed to keep business moving forward. Offered on select Dynabook-branded laptops, +Care Service warranty is available for three-years on feature configurations and four-years on Build-to-Order models. In addition to multi-year warranties, you as a Dynabook customer also get access to the organization’s service and support network should you ever need it. This new standard warranty offers Technical Phone Support, Depot Repair, Carry-In, On-Site, and Customer Replaceable Parts. Dynabook +Care Service warranty helps businesses boost productivity, cut downtime and reduce IT costs.
Service Options available under +Care Service warranty
This service option will be available for the duration of your limited warranty period.
The Dynabook Depot Center offers customers a fast and convenient repair solution for in-warranty service. Please call Dynabook Customer Support Center at 1-800-457-7777 to set-up a repair.
This option is not available outside the 50 United States.
Carry-In Service by a Dynabook Authorized Service Provider ++
Dynabook's network of Authorized Service Providers provides both In and Out of warranty repair service on Dynabook and Toshiba products. Dynabook recommends calling your preferred service provider to confirm the provider’s operating hours prior to bringing it to them. Customer must pay any shipping charges, insurance, taxes and duties associated with shipment of the Product to the Authorized Service Provider. Dynabook may in its sole discretion change the number of Authorized Service Providers available to deliver warranty service at any time during the Limited Warranty Period.

Dynabook On-Site Service can dispatch a technician to perform in-warranty repairs at your location.
In order to receive on-site warranty service, you must assist in diagnosing issues with your product. If it is determined that you need a replacement part, Dynabook may ship the part to you, or we may dispatch a service representative to your location to install the replacement part. In order to initiate this process please call the Dynabook Customer Support Center at 1-800 457-7777.
On-Site service will be performed during normal business hours, 8:00AM to 5:00PM in your local time zone, excluding weekends and holidays. You are responsible for providing access to the product, a safe and reasonable work environment for the on-site technician, and reasonable cooperation with the technician.
On-Site service will be provided on condition that a person at least eighteen (18) years of age is present at all times during provisioning of the on-site service. Dynabook is unable to provide on-site services (a) outside a seventy-five (75) mile radius of a metropolitan area with a population of 50,000 or more, (b) in certain remote areas, or (c) at airports, hotels, motels or mobile locations.
During the Limited Warranty Period, the International Limited Warranty covers the Product when warranty service is required outside the country of original purchase. A list of Authorized Service Providers is available on the Dynabook web site at support.dynabook.com/asplocator or by calling the Dynabook Customer Support Center at 1-800-457-7777 if Customer is in the United States or 1-949-859-4273 if Customer is outside the United States.
All the terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty shall apply to this International Limited Warranty. However, warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country and Customer may be subject to additional charges and registration requirements in the country of service. Products may also be subject to United States and international export control regulations.
Under the International Limited Warranty
Customer's dated sales or delivery receipt, showing the date of purchase of the Product, purchase location, Product description, and purchase price is Customer's proof of purchase. Customer will be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
Customer will pay all of the following charges, if any, incurred by Dynabook to repair Customer's Product:
- Telephone/facsimile/telex communication charges;
- Import duties/taxes/tariffs/licensing fees for importing of any spare parts; and,
- Transport/delivery/insurance costs incurred in returning the Product or parts to a Dynabook authorized reseller or service provider and the cost of returning the Product to Customer or the location that Customer specifies.
If replacement of the keyboard is required, only English language keyboards, or keyboards in the native language of the country where service is provided, if available, will be provided under the terms of this International Limited Warranty. Service may be excluded on certain country-specific component parts or devices, including but not limited to the following: batteries, power cords, drive attachment case, computer casing, modems, and PC cards.
