How to enable multi-touch gestures on your touchpad, like pinch to zoom and two or three finger swiping.
NOTE: Not all touchpad features above are available on all machines.
The following steps will take you to the mouse properties dialogue box in Windows 7 to enable multi touch gestures on your touchpad like pinch to zoom and two and three finger swiping. The mouse properties are located in the Windows "control panel". If you need help finding the mouse properties follw the instructions below.
- Click on the Windows Start Menu
- In the start menu search box type the word “mouse”
- In the search results category called “Control Panel” select ‘Change Mouse Settings”
- Select the “Advanced” Tab
- Select “Advanced feature settings”
- Select the “Gestures” tab
- In this window you can enable many gesture settings like “Pinch Zoom”, “Pan Scroll” and others.
