ADD/REMOVE of Windows Components Asks User to Insert CD with Service Pack 2

Issue: When you are trying to add additional Windows components with the ADD/REMOVE Programs applet you will sometimes get the "Insert Disk" dialogue box asking to "Please insert the Compact Disc labeled "Service Pack 2 CD" .
Resolution: To work around the request to insert a CD you should:
1. Click "OK" to copy files from an alternate location.
2. Enter C:\i386 in the "Copy files from:" box.
3. Click "OK" and the component installation will complete successfully.
