- Issue
Windows "blue screen" error messages (white characters against a solid blue background) may occur -- and the computer may 'lock up' -- when the Adobe Premier Pro 2.0 application is running -- under the following three conditions:- The computer has the Realtek High Definition audio chipset.
- The Realtek audio driver's version is 5.10.0.5200 or lower.
- The computer is one of the following models, with Part Numbers matching those shown (in parentheses):
- Tecra A7 (PTA70U-xxxxxx, and PTA71U-xxxxxx)
- Satellite A105 (PSAA8U-xxxxxx)
- Satellite A100-SP471
- other Satellite A100 (PSAA9U-xxxxxx) models
The Part Number can be found on a sticker on the bottom surface of the computer.
This problem is known to occur only when all three of the above conditions are present.
