Follow these steps to change the language setting for the menus on your gigabeat digital audio player:

1. Turn the gigabeat on -- by depressing and holding the Jog switch for two seconds.
   
   
2. Press the Menu button.
   
   
3. Push the Jog switch up/down to highlight the Setup option on the display. Press the Jog switch to select it.
   
   
4. Push the Jog switch up/down to highlight the Language option. Press the Jog switch to select it.
   
   
5. Push the Jog switch up/down to highlight the desired language from the list. Press the Jog switch to select it.
   
   The menu should now be displayed in the desired language.
   
   
6. Press and hold the Menu button for one second to exit the menu.
