- Issue
After inserting a Drag'n Drop Auto Grabber backup disc, the Auto-Grabber pop-up window appears, with the following message:"The login account name differs from the one set when creating the backup DISC. Check the account name and then try again."
- Resolution
Create a Windows User Account using the same name that was used during the creation of the disc. You will need to have Adminstator rights. This behavior is by design. If you do not know the user name that was used during the creation of the disc, there is no way to recover the data.
- Procedure
You can re-create the User Account that was in use when the disc was created, as follow:1. Click Start and select Control Panel.
2. Select User Accounts.
3. Click "Create a new account".
4. When prompted to name the new account, type in the name exactly the same as the User Name that was used when the disc was created.
5. Click Next.
6. When prompted to pick an account type, select "Limited" and click the Create Account button.
7. Once you see that the new account has been created, close the User Accounts window.
8. Click Start and select Log Off.
9. Click Switch User.
10. Click the botton for the new User Name.
11. Re-insert the Auto Grabber backup disc into the drive. Auto-Grabber will now see the contents of the disc. You will also now be able to browse the disc.
