After an update of pcAnywhere -- from 11.0 to 11.0.1 (using LiveUpdate), Toshiba notebooks running Toshiba Power Management will not shut down properly. Instead, the computer restarts itself.This issue only occurs with the Toshiba Power Management for Windows and Toshiba Power Saver for Windows.
