To save battery power, all wireless-enabled Toshiba computer models have their wireless switch set to the OFF position during manufacturing. If you're having trouble making a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection, verify first that the wireless switch is in the ON position .

On most Toshiba computers that include an integrated wireless adapter there is an accompanying LED which glows when the wireless device and antenna are switched on.
