Blue screen error occurs when starting "Novel Groupwise" application and CD Creator if "32 bit" is selected as "Colors" in the Display Properties.
Also, the system may exhibit blue screen error when executing on-line games from http://www.toontown.com.
- Resolution
Update the Display Driver for Windows 2000 to V12.90.89 or later. If you cannot find the driver on the Toshiba website, please install the following display driver:
