- Added a CMOS setup (TSetup) function to allow enable/disable of the Secure Digital (SD) card controller.
- Made a change to prevent the message requesting for HDD password to appear when the HDD is malfunctioning.
- Changed a thermal parameter for CPU anti-overheat control to implement fan module for CPU 2.0GHz.
- A Change was made to correct a Wireless LAN failure that the Wireless LAN didn't work because the default setting wasn't done correctly.
- Fixed an error on hang-up caused by overlap of IDE transfer and heavy AGP transfer or Bus Master transfer of other device when Intel IDE driver (IAA) is installed.
- Changed not to support C4 step to avoid possible hang-up caused by failure on Maxim made power controller when system is left on Windows with battery mode.
- Fixed error of indicating 100% CPU usage rate while running Oracle software during battery charging.
- Inhibited performance deterioration caused by the change of the Secondary IDE transfer mode from Ultra DMA to Multi-Word DMA.
- Fixed error on no display view after hibernation when external keyboard and mouse are connected to the USB HUB under Windows 98.
- Fixed an error on the screen view halt on Windows Logo screen when normal boot is chosen after returning from suspend/resume by power button executed during the display of Windows Start-up menu (menu displayed when booted-up with F8 key pressed).
- A process to show the cooling module error message was changed.
