-Under Other Options Click the box Personalize Windows Update.
-Click the box Display the link to the Windows Update Catalog under: See Also

- Right-click on the My Computer desktop icon, select Properties, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
- Double-click on the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller and click on the General tab. Click on the Reinstall Driver button.
- When the Upgrade Device Driver Wizards opens, click Next.
- The Update Device Driver Wizard dialog box will appear and detect an Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. Select Search for a suitable driver for my device (Recommended). Click Next.
- On the Locate Driver Files window, uncheck all options except Specify a location. Click Next.
- Click Browse and find your directory where you download the file.
