Control Panel is not accessible in Safe Mode.
Note: This document is applicable to Toshiba portable PCs with "YAMAHA S-YXG50" (software synthesizer) installed.- Resolution
Due to a technical restriction, you cannot open the Control Panel from the Start Menu. Instead, please use the START, RUN, Command Line and enter the desired control function.
