Description
  • T&D (v1.44) for Dynabook Satellite C50-E and others(Yangpass)

  • Creating WPETD USB memory Stick

    1. Get the ISO image of WPETD
    2. Format a 2GB or larger USB Memory Stick using FAT32.
    3. ) Copy all files of ISO image, to the USB Memory stick.
    4. Set the system to be tested to UEFI with Secure Boot disabled, save and then power off the system.
    5. Insert the T&D USB stick and power on, holding down the F12 key.
    6. When prompted for the boot device select USB Memory. After completing the UEFI boot sequence, the BIOS Update option, or T&D menu will be displayed.

    Note:
    • The "DMI Entry Utility", must be run whenever the CPU or the system board is replaced. This option is used to write DMI information as well as set hardware parameters necessary for proper functioning of the system.

      • Using the T&D DMI Utility

      1. Select the DMI Utility from the T&D Menu
      2. When prompted with a run confirmation question, respond "Yes"
      3. Several boot steps will be displayed, after which the system will do an automatic shutdown and restart.
      4. Once the system has shutsdown, prior to the system restar, begin pressing the F12 key
      5. When prompted for the boot device select USB Memory.
      6. The system will then boot into WinPE and display the DMI menu.
      7. Once completed you must exit or cancel out of the DMI utility to reset the USB stick to the UEFI boot option.
