   Change "Charge mode" default value from Auto Mode to 100% Mode

Version 1.13 - 05/28/2021

1. Enable USB wake from S4.
2. Fix issue system still can wake from network after disable WIFI/LAN.
3. Modify "CNVI WIFI" item to "WIFI" and add control for PCIE WIFI module.
4. Fix issue some bluetooth still can use after disable it in setup menu.
