To Request Service on your Toshiba or Dynabook laptop

  2. Follow the instructions in the form and email it to Dynabook at a DBA-Business-Support@dynabook.com
  3. A Dynabook support agent will process your request promptly and respond via email
  4. NOTE: Onsite service requests require your product to have Onsite entitlements. The Dynabook support agent will validate this for your or you can check warranty coverage at https://support.dynabook.com/warranty
