Information

To access the BIOS completely shut off the laptop

Press and hold down the F2 key at power on to get to the BIOS Setup Utility
On the left are the 4 Main categories of settings [ MAIN, SECURITY, POWER MANAGEMENT, ADVANCED ]
You can use the up down arrow keys to navigate these settings and notice the middle pane options change accordingly.
To change any of the options use the right arrow key to move to the middle pane and up and down to navigate

The security group contains all the security options to change

The Power Management options fill more than the screen shows so when navigating in the middle pane the window will scroll

The Advanced setting have other sub options at the bottom where you can press enter in the selection box to show the sub menu

When you are all done press F10 to save and Exit
