- PKZip file can be extracted with WinZip, PKZip, or equivalent UnZip utility. Save file to a directory on your HDD and UnZip.

- Configure the BIOS with the following the Thunderbolt settings (Internal Thunderbolt controller = enabled; Devices under Thunderbolt = enabled; Security Level = No Security). Verify that only one external HDMI monitor is connected to Port 1 on the Thunderbolt 3 Docker. Connect the Thunderbolt 3 Docker to a Windows 10.4+ PC, if prompted to allow the Thunderbolt software to always be active, select YES. Download, unzip and run the Thunderbolt Firmware update utility. Limitations: Firmware installer will not work with HDMI converter cables. (IE. HDMI to DVI, HDMI to DisplayPort, ETC.). Firmware installer will not work on the MacIOS. Log Files: The firmware installer will write a log file at the following location: “C:\Windows\Temp\”
