The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM).Â Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver.

If you receive this message or a similar one, try using the Aero troubleshooter. In the Start Menu, select "Control Panel." In the search box, type "Troubleshooter." Then, click "Troubleshooting." Under "Appearance and Personalization," click "Display Aero desktop effects."
