
Wireless Touchpad Keyboard FAQs

Some Cloud LED TVs (L7300 and L7350 series at time of publication) come with a wireless touchpad keyboard while others have the option to purchase a keyboard seperately (L4300 series). The following Knowledge Base article contains information to assist with connecting and using your wireless touchpad keyboard with your Cloud LED TV.

Connecting to TV
The USB wireless receiver dongle used to connec the wireless touchpad keyboard to the TV is located under the keyboard battery cover in the battery compartment.
- Remove the battery cover from the back of the wireless touchpad keyboard.
- Remove the USB wireless receiver dongle and plug it into one of the TVs USB ports.
- Install batteries into the wireless touchpad keyboard.
- Install the battery cover.
- Slide the power switch on the back of the wireless touchpad keyboard to ON.
- Power on the TV.
- The wireless touchpad keyboard and receiver automatically pair.
Using Touch-pad
The touch-pad serves dual purposes as a numeric keypad and a touchpad. This allows you to use the touchpad as you would a mouse to move a cursor within the TVs browser.
The position of the Num Lock button to the upper Left of the touchpad controls the touchpad's function.
- To use as a numeric keypad, turn the Num Lock button ON.
- To use as a touchpad, turn the Num Lock button OFF.
When in touchpad mode, the following gestures are recognized as described in the table below:
Function Description Cursor Moving Slide one finger on touchpad to move cursor for pointing One Finger Tap Select
(Similar to Left click on mouse)
Quickly tap touchpad with one finger.
Two Finger Tap
(Similar to Right click on mouse)Quickly tap touchpad with two fingers. Drag and Drop To select and move one object:
- Move cursor to object.
- Tap object once with one finger.
- Tap again, leaving finger on touchpad.
- Move finger on touchpad to drag object.
- Lift finger to release object in new location.
Scrolling - Place two fingers on touchpad.
- Slide up/down on touchpad to scroll vertically.
- Lift fingers to stop scrolling.
Entering Numbers
When entering numbers using the wireless touchpad keyboard instead of the numeric keypad (Num Lock ON) you will have to press the number multiple times to select the number for that key as the letters are also displayed (alpa-numeric).
An example would be when entering your zip code during setup.
