How do I get rid of the icons and menus that occasionally appear on the bottom of my TV screen? I've tried to select them or make them disappear using buttons on my remote and on the TV, but there doesn't seem to be any way to interact with them.

Some models of LED and LCD TV's have a STORE demo mode that occasionally makes icons and menus appear on the screen, to show various features of the TV. The TV should be set to HOME mode instead of STORE mode to stop this from occuring.

To set the TV to HOME mode, follow these steps:

1. Press the MENU button on the remote or TV.
   NOTE:  To navigate the menus on the remote, use the arrow keys. To navigate the menus on the TV, us the Volume +/- to move Left/Right and the Channel Up/Down to move up/down.
2. Go to SETTINGS and select the SETUP menu.
3. Scroll down to LOCATION.
4. Change the setting from STORE to HOME and exit the menu.

After the above steps are followed the demonstration should no longer appear on the screen.
