What can I do if my laptop's screen is cracked or broken?

Unfortunately, a cracked or broken screen on a laptop requires servicing. You can contact customer support at (800) 457-7777 to setup a repair.
If you don't wish to repair your laptop at this time, you should be able to use an external monitor connected to your laptop. Connect a monitor using the appropriate cable (usually an HDMI or VGA cable), and then enable the external monitor. For more information, please see the following article.
