Follow the steps below to access support-related content for your Dynabookuter electronic devices. The available content includes;:

• Drivers
• Utilities
• BIOS updates
• Detailed Specifications
• User's Guides
• Product Tours
• Support Bulletins

1. Visit support.dynabook.com
2. Locate the product search box near the top of the page in the center.

   Type your model, model-part, or serial number in this box. Model numbers should have two parts seperated by a hyphen ('-'). If your model number does not, use the model-part or serial number.
   
   As your type a model or model-part number, a list of models will appear that match what you've typed. Type the entire number and click GO or select your match from the list.

3. Support Highlights for the selected model will appear by default. Click other tabs to see Drivers & Downloads, Community Forums, Knowledge Base, Manuals & Specs, and other content available for the selected model.

For Downloads and Support Bulletins, you can use the Filter By lists to narrow your search to a specific operating system, and/or to a specific technology topic (BIOS, Wi-Fi). A more specific results list will be displayed.
