The locations listed below contain support documentation and downloads for Toshiba products. If you're having an issue with which you'd like help troubleshooting, please refer to the information outlined below.

Manuals, Specifications, and Support Bulletins

Manuals (or user's guides), detailed specifications, and Support Bulletins (model-specific documents that contain important information) are available for laptops, tablets, 2014 and prior TVs, and some accessories. They can be found on our support site.

Visit support.toshiba.com. Put your product's model, product, or serial number in the search box and press GO. If using a model number of a laptop, it must be a complete model number with two sections separated by a hyphen. If your laptop doesn't contain a second part to the model number, use the part number or serial number.

After clicking GO, you'll see your product's model landing page. Select the Manuals & Specs tab to see a list of manuals and detailed specifications. Select the Knowledge Base tab to see a list of Support Bulletins available. In most cases, these address specific issues and are not for general troubleshooting. For general troubleshooting, see the Knowledge Base described below.

For 2015 or later TVs, visit tv.toshiba.com.

Drivers & Updates

Drivers and updates are available on the Toshiba support site for laptops, tablets, and some other accessories.

Visit support.toshiba.com/drivers. Put your product's model, product, or serial number in the search box and press GO. If using a model number of a laptop, it must be a complete model number with two sections separated by a hyphen. You can use the filters on the left to narrow your search. Use the links on the left to filter the downloads by category. Be sure to use the filter for your specific version of Windows.

Troubleshooting Assistant

The Troubleshooting Assistant is a tool that uses a series of simple questions to determine the cause of an issue and offer a solution. After opening the Troubleshooting Assistant, start by selecting your product, then select an issue, and then simply answer the questions.

Virtual Help Desk

With the Virtual Help Desk, you can type your question in plain language. Sometimes it will ask you clarifying questions to determine what information you need. The Virtual Help Desk can display answers in the Virtual Help Desk itself or provide links to additional content.
