BD-Live function does not work
On some TOSHIBA Blu-ray players, access to BD-Live™ features require use of a USB flash drive (not included) installed in the USB port. Use a USB flash drive with enough space to download and playback the BD live content.
If you want to enjoy BD-Live™ bonus content, you should connect a USB flash drive to the USB port and be connected to the internet either wired through LAN or wirelessly (depending on capabilities of the player).

USB Flash Drive Notes:
- Connect only a USB flash drive to the USB port on this product.
- TOSHIBA does not guarantee 100% compatibility with all USB flash drives.
- If you cannot easily insert the USB flash drive, you may have inserted it incorrectly. Try to
turnover the device and then insert again. - Do not remove the USB flash drive during playback.
