Installation Instructions

  1. Save this file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop.
  2. Save all work in progress and close open applications.
  3. Connect the AC Adapter and ensure the battery is fully charged.
  4. Format the USB Flash Drive using the FAT32 file system.
  5. Unzip the file and copy all the contents to the root of the USB Flash Drive.
  6. Power-down the system, then press the Volume "+" button and the Power button simultaneously to enter the Boot Menu.
  7. Press the Volume "+" and "-" buttons to select the USB Flash Drive then press the Windows key to enter the UEFI shell.
  8. Wait 5 seconds or press the Windows key to start the upgrade process.
  9. If the update does not start: Type "fs1:" then press Enter. Type "UBIOS64" then press Enter again.
  10. The computer will automatically shut down or reboot after the update has completed.
