To install the Resolution+ Plug-in For Windows Media Player (if not already installed):

Go to "Downloads" at support.toshiba.com for your specific model.
Locate "Toshiba Resolution+ Plug-in for Windows Media Player" (or similar wording) and open the link with the newest date (as older versions may also be listed).
Click on the .exe file or the "Download Now" button and install the Plug-In when prompted.
Verify the Plug-In has installed successfully by opening Windows Media Player.
Under "Tools" or "Organize" select "Options".
Under the "Plug-ins" tab, select "Video DSP" and TOSHIBA Resolution+ will be displayed with a checkmark indicating it has been installed.
If it has not installed, try rebooting your computer and reverify.
