This is an AMD display driver update for Windows 8.1.

Driver Install Instructions

Save the file to a convenient location like the Windows Desktop.
Save all work in progress and close open applications.
Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.
Click Start at the "Toshiba Archive Extractor" window.
Click Yes if a User Account Control message is displayed.
Follow the displayed instructions to complete the install.
Restart the computer.

Driver Version Verification

Press Press Windows Key + X to access the Quick Link Menu.
Select Device Manager.
Under "Display Adapters" double-click AMD ************.
Select the "Driver" tab and verify that the AMD version is 14.201.1004.1002.
