Issue

After upgrading to Windows 10 after a few minutes of use the computer displays a Blue Screen Error: INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR.

Resolution

AMD Display Driver version 15.200.1046.2 (7/15/2005) installed during the Windows 10 upgrade appears to cause the error and needs to be disabled to prevent Blue Screen errors from re-occurring.

AMD Display Driver update versions 15.200.1055.0 (7/6/2015) or 15.200.1062.1003 (7/28/2015) both do not blue screen with the INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR. Click/tap Update Driver from Device Manager to install the driver.
