How to submit a warranty claim for a Toshiba branded accessory.

Resolution

If you have a Toshiba branded accessory and it has failed during its warranty period, follow the procedure below to file a claim for a replacement.

IMPORTANT: In order to successfully file a claim, you must be an end-user and will need to provide the following information:

  • Model Number
  • Purchase Location
  • Price Paid
  • Purchase Date
  • Problem Description
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Provide the defective accessory

Follow the provided instructions to complete the claim.

IMPORTANT:

You are required to:

  • Ship the defective accessory back to Toshiba by using the provided shipping label and following the provided instructions.
  • Provide a Proof of Purchase
  • Provide a valid credit card number to guarantee the return of the defective accessory. Your credit card will not be charged if you return the defective accessory within the allowable time frame.
