If you have a Toshiba branded accessory and it has failed during its warranty period, follow the procedure below to file a claim for a replacement.
IMPORTANT: In order to successfully file a claim, you must be an end-user and will need to provide the following information:
- Model Number
- Purchase Location
- Price Paid
- Purchase Date
- Problem Description
- Proof of Purchase
- Provide the defective accessory

IMPORTANT:
You are required to:
- Ship the defective accessory back to Toshiba by using the provided shipping label and following the provided instructions.
- Provide a Proof of Purchase
- Provide a valid credit card number to guarantee the return of the defective accessory. Your credit card will not be charged if you return the defective accessory within the allowable time frame.
