The following issues were resolved with this update.
- Error (Event ID:1, Source: DptfPolicyLpmService) is registered in the Event Log.
- Screen flicker when switching display modes in Miracast.
- The default scaling mode is "Center Image in HDMI Out/Duplicate" mode, and there are no options for the user to adjust the scaling mode to "Maintain Aspect Ratio" and "Scale Full Screen".
- Clone mode can't select the 1280x800 resolution when Miracast is connecting.
- The system cannot enter a Sleep state (Connected Standby) when the SW camera indicator is enabled.
- Intermittently a recorded video file cannot be saved.
- Noise occurs after changing the sound volume with the volume slider.
- Noise occurs when playing music during Sleep (Connected Standby).
Release Notes / Notifications
- Please update the BIOS to 1.90 or higher before installing this Intel Platform Installer.
- Please restart the system after installing the Intel Platform Installer.
- A Corel VideoSudio X6 error may occur when transcoding video files when the Hardware Decoder is enabled. To avoid this error, uncheck "Enable Hardware Decoder" as described below.
- Start Corel Video Studio X6.
- Install H.264 from Corel Guide.
- Select [Settings]->[Preferences...]->[Performance] tab.
- Uncheck [Enable Hardware Decoder] at [File Creation].
Installation Instructions
- Save all work in progress and close open applications.
- Click Install.
- Click Yes to confirm restarting after the installation completes.
- Click Start at the Toshiba Archive Extractor window.
- Click Yes if a User Account Control Window is displayed.
- Click Next at the Setup window.
- Click the box next to I accept the terms in the License Agreement then click Next.
- Click Next.
- Select Yes, I want to restart my computer now then click Finish to restart the system.
