Unknown Device ACPI\INT33A0\0 in Device Manager

Issue

An Unknown Device may appear in the Device Manager if the Intel Smart Connect Technology certificate expired.   This issue only applies to versions before 4.2.41.2633.

Resolution

To identify if the Unknown device in Device Manager is the Intel Smart Connect Technology driver right click on on the Unknow device and select Properties.   Next select the Details tab and under Property select Device instance path.   In the Value window look for ACPI\INT33A0\0.   If so this identifies the driver as the Intel Smart Connect Technolgy driver. 

Procedure

To update the expired driver go to the Toshiba support website and select your model.  Under the downloads tab find the latest version of the Intel Smart Connect Technology driver.   Download and install the latest version will resolve this issue.
