This is a CyberLink PowerDVD (V12.0.4106) update patch for Windows 8.1.

Fixed: Japanese model MPEG2 not pre-activated.
Fixed: AMD model Miracast Firewall issue.

Driver Install Instructions

Save the file to a convenient location like the Windows Desktop.
Save all work in progress and close open applications.
Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.
Click Start at the "Toshiba Archive Extractor" window.
Click Yes if a User Account Control message is displayed.
Follow the displayed instructions to complete the install.

Driver Version Verification

Open Control Panel.
Select Programs and Features.
