
"No bootable device" error when the computer first starts up

If you receive the error: "No Bootable Device" when your computer first starts up you will first need to run system recovery using the recovery media that was created from your computer to determine that the failure is not hardware related.
If you did not make system recovery media you can visit //support.toshiba.com/repair . Then under Get Recovery Media enter you product serial number to order a copy of the recovery media for your computer.
