Description
This software accelerates the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) by using system memory as cache.

Change Points

  1. Modified so that an external HDD can be detected normally.
  2. Fixed: Blue screens after waking from a sleep state with a VHD connected to the computer.

Installation Instructions

  1. Save this file to a convenient location such as the Windows Desktop.
  2. Save all work in progress and close open applications.
  3. From the Windows Desktop, run the downloaded file to start the installation.
  4. If a User Account Control or Open File message is displayed, press Continue.
  5. Press the Start button at the Toshiba Archive Extractor window.
  6. Press the Next button at the InstallShield Wizard screen.
  7. Press the Finish button when the installation completes.

Driver Version Verification

  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Select Programs - Uninstall a program
  3. Find TOSHIBA HDD Accelerator.
  4. Verify that the version is 1.2.0000.
