
FAQ: How to reset your Toshiba Satellite Click computer when it is locked up or non-responsive

You're Toshiba Satellite Click computer becomes non-response or is locked up.
- Procedure
Steps to restore operation on a non-responsive or locked up computer:
- Soft Reset:
- Press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds or until the computer shuts down.
- Press the power button to turn the computer back on
- If this did not resolve your issue continue with the Hard Reset procedure
- Hard Reset:
- Unplug the computer from the AC adapter.
- Insert a slender object such as a straightened small paper clip into the reset hole on the left side of the display to press the internal reset button
- Remove the object you used to reset the computer.
- Re-Connect the AC adapter.
- Press the power button to turn the computer back on
If the computer is still non-responsive it may need service
- Soft Reset:

- Use of any software made available for download from this system constitutes your acceptance of the Export Control Terms and the terms in the Dynabook end-user license agreement both of which you can view before downloading any such software.
