Driver installation

  1. Save the downloaded file to the Windows Desktop.
  2. Save all work in progress and close open applications.
  3. On the Windows Desktop, double-click the downloaded file to start the installation.
  4. Click Start when the Toshiba Archive Extractor window is displayed.
  5. Click Yes to continue if a User Account Control window is displayed.
  6. Follow the displayed instructions to complete the install.

Version Verification

  1. From Control Panel go to Programs, then Programs and Features.
  2. Confirm the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver version is 17.0.4.0.
