Issue: Windows may blue screen (BSOD) when connecting a Realtek WiFi adapter to a Cisco Wireless Network.
Resolution: Upgrading to Realtek Wireless LAN Driver (V2.00.0021) or the latest driver for your WiFi adapter model and operating system version.
Procedure: Download latest Realtek WiFi adapter driver from the www.support.toshiba.com support website. After exiting all other applications in Windows, run the downloaded driver and follow instructions on the screen to complete installation.
