"Network is failed" message when connecting to wireless network

Issue

When using the Toshiba USB Wi-Fi Adapter and attempting to connect to a wirelss network, the error message "Network is Failed" is displayed.

Procedure

If "Network is failed" appears, perform the following:

  1. Remove the wireless dongle from the USB port.
  2. Power down the Blu-Ray player.
  3. Re-connect the wireless adapter to the USB port.
  4. Power on the player and perform the procedure to connect to the wireless network again.
    From the On Screen Menu
    *  Select: Settings
    *  Select: Network
    *  Select: Interface
    *  Select: Wireless (YES)
    *  Choose Scan to find and select your wireless access point
    Continue with the wireless setup on the Blu-Ray player
