Problème

When performing a firmware update, ther TV proceeds from 0-99% then an error appears.

Procédure

Connect the television to your internet router or modem directly using a wired Ethernet cable and LAN connection on the back of the TV and perform the firmware update again.

Connect the TV to an internet connection as shown below:

NOTE: If you do not have a seperate router, you can connect the TV direclty to the modem.

  1. - Coaxial or telephone cable (depending on cable service and modem type).
  2. - Standard LAN cable.
  3. - DO NOT connect a telephone cable directly to the TVs LAN port.
