Issue: When the machine power reaches the preset level (%) for "Low battery alarm", the sound alarm activates, but the linked program does not pop-up.
Resolution: The program will be activated if an user password was set. It does not work with "Blank" password.

COMMENTS:
This is a technical restriction due to WinXP security design.
