To re-install Microsoft Office:

Click the Windows Start button, then All Programs, Microsoft Office, Re-install MS Office Trial.

To re-install Microsoft Works:

Click the Windows Start button, then All Programs, Microsoft Works, Re-install MS Works.

You can also use the RADCD included with the computer to reformat the hard disk drive (which deletes all documents and other files) and re-install all the factory pre-installed software, but there is no option with the RADCD to only re-install Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works.
