Issue

A purple picture may be displayed when a media player such as; Sony Google TV Streaming Media Player (NSZ-G57) or Vizio CoStar Media Player is connected via HDMI.

This issue is exhibited when a device such as a cable box or satellite receiver is connected to the Media Player's HDMI In and the HDMI Out is connected to the TV.

Resolution

In order to correct the picture color:

Change the Colorspace setting on the media player from Auto/YCbCr to RGB.
