Issue

The wireless mouse or keyboard may fail to work.  The devices are battery powered and connected wirelessly to a receiver in the back of the All-In-One (AIO) desktop.   If the keyboard or mouse is replaced or if the batteries are changed the devices may need to be synchronized.

Resolution

First verify that the mouse and keyboard have working batteries and that they are installed properly.  Next confirm the keyboard and mouse are switched to the ON position.  The battery LEDs found on top of both devices will turn green briefly when powered ON.   It is normal for he LED to turn off after a few seconds.   If the green LED on top of the device flashes green the batteries are either low or installed improperly.

Verify the receiver dongle is properly inserted into the the back of the unit.    When facing the back of the computer the receiver dongle is located in a bay on the lower right hand corner.  Remove the door of the bay to expose the receiver dongle.

The dongle is completely seated when pushed up.  It can be removed by sliding down and reinserted by sliding back up.   Leave the door to the bay off in order to sync the devices.

To synchronize the devices power the computer on.   With a tip of a pen or paper clip press and release the small hole in the back of the dongle.

Push and release the connect button on both the mouse and keyboard.   The button on the keyboard is located inside the battery compartment.   The button on the mouse is located on the bottom.

The wireless devices should now be synchronized and ready for use.  If one or both of the devices do not connect redo the last steps.
