Below are instructions for finding, downloading and installing your latest BIOS on your computer

  1. From //support.toshiba.com select "Product Support"
  2. Select [Laptops] from the "CHOOSE CATEGORY" list
  3. Select your computer family (ex Satellite, Qosmio, Tecra etc..) from the "CHOOSE FAMILY" list
  4. Select your computer model number from the "CHOOSE MODEL" list
  5. Select the "Downloads" tab
  6. Select "BIOS" from the All Categories Refine Search By box
  7. Click on the TITLE for the latest BIOS version to download
  8. Read the Instructions and click "Download Now"
  9. Click "Run" when the dialogue box prompts you "Do you want to run or save this file?"
  10. Follow the instructions provided with the BIOS update utility to complete updating your BIOS
