The Mini 3D Sound Bar allows you to pair (discover) and connect your Bluetooth enabled device (phone, tablet) and listen to music or sound (such as when watching a movie on a tablet) through the Mini 3D Sound Bar. The following document will assist you in connecting your device as well as answer other questions you may have about the sound bars Bluetooth capabilities.

How do I connect a Bluetooth device to the Mini 3D Sound Bar?
When pairing a new Bluetooth® enabled device, use the Bluetooth button on the Mini 3D Sound Bar speaker and not on the remote control. The remote control can only be used to reconnect a previously paired device.
To pair a device to the Mini 3D Sound Bar:
- Press the Power button (1) to turn on the sound bar.
- Turn on the Bluetooth device you wish to pair and enable (turn-on) Bluetooth if not already done.
- Press the Bluetooth button (2) on the Mini 3D Sound Bar speaker. The Bluetooth indicator light (Blue LED) flashes rapidly (3).
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device, search for the “Toshiba Mini 3D Sound Bar” in the list of discovered devices and select it. It may take the Mini 3D Sound Bar and Bluetooth-enabled device a few seconds to pair.
- When the Bluetooth indicator glows a solid blue, the Mini 3D Sound Bar and the Bluetooth-enabled device are now paired and connected. You can play audio from the Mini 3D Sound Bar.
How do I reconnect a previously paired device?
Bluetooth-enabled devices must be reconnected when the device has been turned off or the Mini 3D Sound Bar has been turned off.
To reconnect a previously paired device:
- Turn the sound bar on by pressing the Power button (1).
- Turn on the Bluetooth device you wish to connect.
- Press the Bluetooth button (2) on the sound bar or on the sound bar remote. The Bluetooth indicator light (Blue LED) flashes rapidly (3).
- Depending on your Bluetooth device, your device may automatically reconnect to the sound bar.
- Or if the device does not automatically connect to the sound bar, search for the “Toshiba Mini 3D Sound Bar” in its list of Bluetooth devices and select it.
- Once the Bluetooth indicator turns a solid blue, the device is paired and connected. You can now enjoy audio from the Mini 3D Sound Bar.
How do I disconnect a paired device?
To disconnect the currently paired device perform one of the following:
- Locate and select the “Toshiba Mini 3D Sound Bar” from the list of currently paired and connected devices and disconnect it.
- Turn off the paired device.
To pair the Mini 3D Sound Bar to a new device, you must first disconnect the currently paired and connected device from the Mini 3D Sound Bar.
- Follow the instructions under “How do I disconnect a paired device?” to disconnect the current device (if connected).
- Follow the instructions under “How do I connect a Bluetooth device to the Mini 3D Sound Bar?” for the new device to connect.
How many devices can I connect to the sound bar at one time?
Multiple devices can be paired to the Mini 3D Sound Bar, however only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time.
What does the blinking of the Blue LED tell me?
The Bluetooth indicator light (Blue LED) shows the different phases of the Bluetooth pair and connection process:
- Fast blinking: Mini 3D Sound Bar is in Bluetooth discovery phase.
- Slow blinking: Mini 3D Sound Bar is available for connecting with a previously paired device.
- Solid blue: Mini 3D Sound Bar is paired and connected.
