Unable to manually FINALIZE DVD recordings on Model DVR-620(KU) and DVR670(KU). Finalization menu may be greyed out or unavailable.
- Resolution
The most common reason for this to occur is that the unit is set to Auto Finalize. If the unit is set to Auto Finalize the DVR will finalize the disc after the recording or Timer recording. Since the disc is already finalized the Finalize Menu will be greyed out as a disc cannot be finalized twice.
