
Battery LED is blinking and the computer will not power on after the battery is completely discharged

If the computer's battery becomes completely discharged, the computer may not power on even with the AC-adapter plugged in. If this happens, the battery will not charge and the Battery LED will blink.
- Resolution
This issue has been resolved in BIOS updates but to get the computer to power on, follow the steps below:
1. Remove the battery and power the computer on.
3. Reinsert the battery.
4. Update the computer's BIOS to the latest version.
5. Reset CMOS to default settings (as directed in the BIOS download readme document)
