EUU3 Improvements
This update provides improvements to the following problems.
- New Microsoft® Windows Media™ Player with improved performance and a new theme.
- New "Bliss" Today Theme.
- TAB key is now supported in Pocket Internet Explorer.
- Fix: Pocket Internet Explorer stops responding when attempting to view some secured Web sites.
- Fix: PPP LCP renegotiation request causes unexpected disconnect.
- Fix: PocketWord and Notes stops responding after tapping ENTER at the end of a very long string that has no spaces.
- Fix: Pocket Outlook Object Model (POOM): adding recipients doesn't flag appointment as meeting.
- Fix: Unable to use Microsoft(R) Server ActiveSync(R) with user name containing extended characters.
Important note for e740
For e740, this service pack is only for use with ROM version 1.02xx. e740 ROM versions 1.05xx and above already include EUU3.This service pack does not address problems accessing SSL-secured Websites (HotMail) or SSL-encrypted Server Sync. Please install ROM image 1.05xx or later to resolve this issue.
