How do I get the unit out of progressive mode?

The process of exiting Progressive Mode depends on the model number:
1. Verify that there is no disc in the player.
Models: SD-3990, SD-4000, SD-4000KU2, SD-4990, SD-5000, SD-6000, SD-7990, SD-K760, SD-K860
2. Press the “Progressive” button on the unit’s remote control.
Models: SD-KV260
2. Press “Stop” on the front panel of the unit for at least five seconds until the picture returns.
Models: SD-7990, SD-K280
2. Press “Setup” to access the menu.
3. Go to the video menu and select video output.
4. Select S-Video from the options displayed.
Models: SD-K770
2. Auto-recover mode allows the DVD player to automatically disable progressive scan if not supported by the television.
